We conduct all of the initial screening, fundamental interviews, and coordinate the final interviews between employers and prospective employees.  Our process subjects prospective employees to our screening methods which we tailor to your specific needs. CanStaff representatives will come to your site and conduct a pre-placement interview with all concerned parties.

CanStaff does the work for you by administering all the required employment paperwork, processes payroll, and bills the employer on a weekly basis.  We also manage the employee, staying in close contact with the employer, and communicate with the employee regarding any personnel issues that may arise.
