Bobby has been in the staffing industry for over 25 years. She has worked on both sides of staffing as an employer looking for help and the recruiter finding the help. Her years of experience doing medical staffing planted the dream to start CanStaff. When she is not at work you can find her with her husband, kids or traveling somewhere tropical. She is a sometimes golfer and an avid reader.

Dale brings more than 20 years of management and customer service experience to his role. During his time at CanStaff Employment Services, he has developed a strong passion for helping individuals connect with meaningful employment opportunities and achieve their goals. Outside of work, Dale enjoys playing golf, exploring the outdoors with his family, and discovering the best of Oregon’s local food and coffee scene.
