- Light carpentry, painting, and general upkeep
- Routine maintenance for commercial and residential properties
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
Previous experience in handyman or maintenance work
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Day porter experience is a plus, but not required
