About the Role
The Full-Service Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial records, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, extensive experience with QuickBooks, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires someone who can efficiently balance various financial tasks while ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies and regulations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain accurate financial records and statements for all company transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy.
- Prepare and process payroll in a timely manner.
- Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Work closely with the management team to provide insights and strategies for financial planning and decision-making.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping as a primary full charge bookkeeper.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
