About the Role


Install and upgrade offroad and auto with accessories (lift kits, suspension systems, lighting, bumpers winches)
Perform maintenance and repairs on various vehicles.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
Ensure high-quality standards for all installations and upgrades.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and installation techniques.
Provide excellent customer service.
Reliable, accountable team player.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is encouraged, not required, technical training is a plus.

Experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.

Knowledge of automotive systems (suspension, electrical, mechanical).

Familiarity with off road vehicles and accessories is a plus.

Ability to read technical manuals and diagrams.

Proficient with hand and power tools.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Valid driver's license with a clean record.

 

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to work in various positions and shop environments.
