About the Role
-Greeting and directing all patients
-Assisting patients in checking-in and scheduling appointments
-Obtaining patient information to keep files up to date and compliant to all state regulations
-Collecting and processing patient co-pays
-Communicating with various insurance agencies
-Utilizing a multi-line phone system and assisting patients in a timely-manner
Requirements
-Strong organizational skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to work independently and within a group
-NextGen Experience - Preferred
-Ability to pass a Drug test and Background check
